Skills booster sessions
We offer an extensive range of skills booster sessions from 90 minutes to 2 hours.
These fast paced, intensive and high impact skills booster sessions negate the need
for long periods of work downtime and productivity loss. They enable training to
take place with minimal disruption and are hugely cost effective.
Our experienced facilitators deliver at your premises at a time to suit you, early
mornings, over lunch, early evenings, weekends you choose. From £25 per person per
session!
Foundation workshops & courses
Linac offers a range of tailored short workshops and courses for managers who are
new or emerging managers. These foundation courses and workshops range are typically
1 to 2-day learning events and can be sequenced together to provide a modular
learning pathway gradually building a complete toolkit for a new manager.
As with all Linac programmes all events are results focused and delegates are encouraged
from the outset to identify positive changes they can execute back in the workplace.
ILM Programmes
As an accredited ILM centre Linac offers a range of ILM qualifications under the
UK national qualifications framework. We also create and offer a range of company
specific endorsed awards.

Coaching for managers
Individual management coaching that challenges and encourages managers to keep realising
their potential. Coaching focuses on real-time objectives and aligns management

can be a powerful compliment to longer modular management development programme
