*13 Week Temporary to Permanent
*Tewkesbury until April then Cheltenham thereafter

Introduction

Linac is seeking a suitable applicant for the position of Office Administrator. You will work as part of a busy team in a fast paced office environment and would be expected to support Linac’s full time office based staff and its field based consultants.
The role will require you to be agile, self-managing and resourceful. Energy, determination and passion are critical attributes.
Responsibilities will include
• Answering inbound telephone calls, emails and dealing with enquires appropriately
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Liaising with clients over the telephone
• Keying in client updates and information on an in-house database
• Managing all of the office administration requirements – office supplies, overall organisation
• Filing, faxing, printing, post etc
• Working with WORD and EXCEL and Outlook predominantly creating spread sheets, letters and reports, mail merges etc
Person requirements
We seek a proven office administrator who possesses excellent communication skills and is articulate, well presented and who has lots of initiative and is able to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be helpful and polite with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. Multi tasking will be second nature to you and you will have excellent organisational and typing skills.
