Role
The current recruitment drive means that various positions are currently available, and there is flexibility with specific skill bases, so candidates with skills crossing the various roles will certainly be considered. Your role will be concerned with liaising with clients, and managing a team of software developers and web designers, the core responsibilities are as follows:


• Maintain and develop relationships with current clients and future prospects
• Project management / team coordination
• Account management
• Managing multiple simultaneous software development projects
• Setting deadlines and key deliverables
• Briefing the designers and programmers
• Keeping track of progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintaining quality control
•  Managing the business analysis and requirements capture process
• Assist the developers with establishing the scope of work, estimates, and resource plans

 

Experience
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills, and ideally would have experience working in a similar role within technology, or another analytical field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to coordinate with technical leads, provide input on specific projects, and assist in collaboration on group standards
