Management Trainer - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

As a Linac Trainer you will be responsible for analysing, designing, delivering and evaluating results based leadership and management development programmes across Linac's prestigious client base. In addition you will be expected to manage the client relationship and respective programmes. You will be a proven trainer with in-depth knowledge and experince of designing and delivering learner-led highly participative development programmes.

We are looking for:

To succeed in this exciting role, you must have:
• Experience of designing and delivering training programmes
• A proven track-record of achieving results from learning
• Demonstrable experience as a Manager Level trainer
• The ability to work on multiple programmes and to tight deadlines
• Exceptional learner-led design and delivery capability
• First-class communication and client management skills
• An analytical and highly organised approach
• IT literate
